I. Core Member Benefits

• Join & Enjoy: Registration gives you access to extra gifts and exclusive discounts.
• Where to Manage: Check tasks, points, and redemptions via the Rewards widget (bottom-left of the site) and your account Profile page.
• Currency & Region: Discounts are calculated in USD. If your local currency differs, the checkout page will convert automatically.

II. Sparkle Credits

• What They’re For: Redeem Sparkle Credits for discount coupons at checkout.
• Exchange Rate: 1000 Sparkle Credits = $10 discount coupon.
• Tier Progress Unaffected: Redeeming does not affect tier progression.
• Two Counters:
  • Available Balance: credits you can redeem now.
  • Progress Value (lifetime points): the total Sparkle Credits you’ve ever earned (used to reach/keep tiers and does not decrease when you redeem).

III. Membership Tiers & Benefits At a Glance

Member Free Shipping: Applies to logged-in member orders only; base free-shipping thresholds for non-members follow site announcements.
Blind-Box Gifts: Random styles; not selectable or exchangeable. Non-defect items aren’t eligible for return/exchange.
Priority Fulfillment & CS: Orders and tickets prioritized (public holidays/force majeure excluded).
Gift Box Packaging: One random premium box per order; limited supply.
Diamond Annual Pick: Once per calendar year; limited to current New Arrivals. Excludes custom/preorder/special collaboration items. Regional/legal restrictions may apply at checkout.
Tier Validity: By default, tiers are permanent once achieved (no downgrade). If keep/downgrade rules are added later, we’ll announce in advance and protect vested benefits.

IV. Earning Credits via Tasks

Earn Sparkle Credits by completing member tasks listed in the Rewards widget and your Profile page. Task content, reward values, and issuance methods may change by campaign; the live page always prevails.

If tasks relate to orders, credits are issued after conditions are met. If an order is canceled/returned, we may revoke related credits/coupons.

V. Redeeming Credits & Coupon Use

• Rate: 1000 Sparkle Credits = $10 coupon; partial/multiple redemptions supported.
• Stacking: $10 coupons can stack with other $10 coupons (including referral rewards). Stacking limits and combination with special promos depend on checkout rules.
• Scope: Typically applies to merchandise subtotal (excluding gift cards). Taxes and some services may be ineligible; checkout shows details.
• Irreversible: Once converted, coupons cannot be reverted back to credits.
• Validity: Coupons expire 12 months from issuance.

VI. Referral Program

• How It Works: Get your unique referral link from the member page; share any product with friends or on social media.
• Success Criteria: A referred shopper clicks your link and completes a purchase (as detected by our system).
• Rewards: You and your friend each receive a $10 coupon, and these can be stacked with other $10 coupons.
• Exceptions: If the order is later canceled/fully refunded, or detected as abnormal/self-referral, the reward may be reversed/voided.

VII. Birthday Perk

• Timing: 100 Sparkle Credits are issued 7 days before the birthday listed in your account profile.
• Profile Updates: To prevent misuse, if you change your birthday, the perk takes effect starting next calendar year. If no birthday is set, this perk can’t be issued.

VIII. Returns/Exchanges & Benefit Adjustments

If returns/cancellations cause you to no longer meet an activity’s conditions, we may reclaim issued credits/coupons/gifts, or deduct equivalent value from refunds. Compensation for logistics loss, defects, etc. follows our After-Sales Policy and does not conflict with member benefits.

IX. Compliance & Misuse

• Prohibited: Multiple-account couponing, fake transactions, mass registrations, coupon resale, etc.
• Measures: We may freeze accounts, void credits/coupons, and cancel orders in case of violations.
• System Issues: For platform/network anomalies, we’ll work to fix and safeguard your reasonable rights.

X. Changes & Interpretation

We may update the program for operational/compliance reasons. For significant changes (e.g., rates, benefits), we’ll announce in advance on the site. Where permitted by law, Verse & Hue reserves the final right of interpretation for this program.
